Privacy Notice

Who collects your information

Sparky Idea Inc. collects the information submitted on this site for OpenLolo launch updates.

What we collect

When you join the list, we store:

• Your email address
• The date and time you signed up
• Your consent to receive OpenLolo updates
• A note of which page the signup came from

We do not ask for your name, phone number, payment details, or any other personal information.

Why we collect it

We use your email address only to send occasional OpenLolo progress updates and launch news, and to let you know about the mystery gift for early supporters. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising profiles.

Where it is stored

Signups are stored in a private database. The list is not readable by site visitors; only authorized people at Sparky Idea Inc. can access it.

Unsubscribing and deletion

You can remove yourself at any time from the unsubscribe page. Every email we send will also include an unsubscribe link. To request deletion of your record entirely, use the same page and let us know, or contact us at the address we publish before launch.

Changes to this notice

If we change how signup information is used, we will update this page.
